Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Valuna. Please read the following refund rules carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom Products — Two-Phase Payment System

Valuna’s custom products (Personalized Bracelets, Personalized Energy Essential Oils) follow a two-stage payment structure:

(1) First Payment — Consultation & Energy Reading Fee

This deposit covers the consultation and energy-scanning service.
This service is considered completed upon delivery and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

If the client is not satisfied with the scanning results:

We will not proceed with material selection or energetic calibration, and

You are not required to pay the second phase payment.

(2) Second Payment — Design & Energetic Calibration Fee

If the client chooses to proceed, the remaining balance is paid once product creation begins.
Due to the unique, personalized nature of custom products:
Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Custom Products Are Non-Returnable

All custom products are created to match the client’s unique energetic needs.
Once production begins, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

3. Service-Based Digital Products

This applies to Custom Meditations and Custom Subconscious Audio:

Refunds are available only within 24 hours of purchase and only if the energy scanning has not begun.

Once the energy reading process begins, only 50% of the purchase amount is refundable.

Once the final audio is delivered, no refunds will be provided.

4. Collection Products (Non-Custom Items)

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, provided that:

The product is unused

The product is undamaged

The product remains in its original, intact packaging

“Not feeling the energy” is not a valid reason for refund

Personal subjective preferences unrelated to product quality are not valid reasons for refund

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product in acceptable condition.

5. Allergy Reactions

If you purchased a product after reviewing its ingredients and experience an allergic reaction, please seek medical attention immediately.

Valuna will contact you and offer a partial refund.

6. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos or videos as evidence

We will provide a partial refund depending on the condition and nature of the damage.

7. Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos or videos as evidence

Valuna will cover all return shipping costs and will send you the correct product.
All shipping fees will be fully borne by Valuna.

8. Shipping Fees & Customs Duties

Shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable.

9. Lost Packages

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Replacements or compensation will follow the carrier’s policies.

10. Final Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
