These Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “Terms of Service”), together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, describe your rights, responsibilities, and obligations when using our Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or making a purchase through our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

Nature of Valuna’s Offerings

Valuna provides spiritual and energy-based offerings, including energy bracelets, essential oils, guided meditations, subconscious reprogramming audio, and other spiritual tools. These offerings are designed to support personal growth, energetic wellbeing, emotional alignment, and mind–body balance. They are not medical devices and cannot replace professional medical care.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Valuna reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is accepted only once we confirm acceptance and successfully process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellation requests may not be possible after an order has entered processing.

3.1 Custom Orders — Non-Refundable

Custom items—including but not limited to:

customized vitalis oils

custom meditations

are unique energetic creations, handcrafted after:

energy scanning

intuitive communication

material selection

frequency calibration

Once the customization or energy-scanning process begins: the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed.

This applies even if the customer changes their mind, does not resonate with the energetic experience, or feels the product is “not needed anymore.”

3.2 Collection Products (Non-Custom Items) — Returns & Refunds

Non-custom items may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

The item is unused

The item is undamaged

The item remains in its original packaging

The return request is made within 7–14 days of receipt

Energetic shifts or subjective experiences cannot be used as grounds for refunds.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.3 Order Quantity & Restrictions

We may limit or refuse any order placed by:

If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

3.4 Personal Use Only

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, global events, or circumstances outside our control. Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

These items require an energetic process that includes:

Estimated preparation time: approximately 4 weeks after the energy scan and communication phase.

We will contact you within 2 business days to begin the process.

5.2 Shipping Fees & Duties

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for:

customs duties

import taxes

local processing fees

5.3 Unforeseen Delays

Unexpected delays may occur, including:

carrier delays

customs inspections

raw material shortages

weather or geopolitical events

Such delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refund (particularly for custom orders).


SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content found on or through the Services—including trademarks, product designs, text, graphics, photos, videos, audio, and the overall layout and arrangement—is the exclusive property of Valuna, its affiliates, or its licensors, and is protected by domestic and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Valuna’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Valuna. You may not use them without our permission.

Shopify’s trademarks belong to Shopify.
All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided access to tools or functionalities operated by third-party providers. We do not: monitor, control, endorse. or provide warranties for any such third-party tools.

You acknowledge and agree that: these tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties or representations, and Valuna has no liability arising from your use of them.

Your use of optional tools is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the third-party provider’s terms before using their tools.

Any new features or tools added in the future shall also be considered part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms.

Valuna is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Valuna. If products are not used according to the recommended guidelines, Valuna is not responsible for any physical, emotional, or other consequences resulting from their use.

We are not responsible for delays, disruptions, or issues caused by third-party services (e.g., shipping carriers).

16.1 Valuna’s Additional Limitation of Liability

the energetic experience feels strong or mild

no noticeable benefit occurs

emotional or physical reactions arise

the customer interprets the product as “not working”

energetic expectations are unmet

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so some restrictions may not apply.

Unforeseen delays may occur, including rare-material sourcing.

25.5 Disclaimer on Energetic Effects

Clients may experience emotional or physical changes.

Custom orders cannot be canceled after the consultation stage
