Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All Valuna products are handcrafted and energetically prepared. Processing times vary according to the product type:
Collection Products (Non-Custom Items)
Processing time: within 2 weeks.
Custom Bracelets & Custom Energy Oils
These items require energy scanning, intuitive communication, material selection, and frequency tuning.
Processing time: approximately 3 weeks after the energy scan and consultation phase.
Processing time may be extended during raw material shortages or periods of high demand.
Custom Meditations & Subconscious Audio
We will contact you within 2 business days after purchase to begin the process.
Processing time: approximately 1 weeks after the energy scan and consultation phase.
We will email your Subconscious Audio to your email address.
We will contact you through WhatApp to make your first Meditation experience goes well.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping time varies by destination and carrier. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
Shipping time does not include processing time.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on:
1)destination
2)package weight
3)chosen carrier
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Customs Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
1)Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
2)These fees are NOT included in product prices or shipping charges.
Delays caused by customs are outside of Valuna’s control.
5. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Valuna is not responsible for:
1)delayed delivery due to incorrect addresses
2)lost packages caused by inaccurate input
If the package is returned due to incorrect address, the customer must pay additional reshipping fees.
6. Lost Packages
If your package is lost:
1)We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier
2)Replacement or compensation depends on carrier policy, not Valuna
Valuna does not assume liability for losses caused during transit.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
1)Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2)Provide photo or video evidence
Damaged Items:
We will offer a partial refund depending on the damage and situation.
Incorrect Items:
Valuna will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement.
All shipping fees will be fully borne by Valuna.
8. Unclaimed or Rejected Packages
If a package is unclaimed, rejected, or returned due to customer reasons such as:
1)refusal to pay customs duties
2)inability to receive the package
3)not following up with the carrier
the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
9. Final Acceptance
