If you decide not to continue, you may request a refund within the same 24-hour window.

Before delivery, we reconnect with you to explain:

7. Balance Payment
The remaining balance is $700.
If additional elements are required in your formulation, there may be a corresponding adjustment.
8. Delivery
Once the steps above are completed, your vitalis oil is expected to reach you within 3 weeks.
9. Aftercare
Our service does not end with delivery.
We accompany you through your early integration stages, offering reflections and recommendations as your process unfolds.
